JOFM RESIDENCE

This project traces the evolution from digital concept to built form for a private residence known as JOFM. Each space was developed through a process of visual iteration, material sampling, and spatial rehearsal. The client requested saturated color and distinct zones for gathering, reading, and dining—all integrated into an open-plan layout with strong sightlines to the wooded exterior. The final palette balances expressive geometry with functional restraint, with custom millwork and upholstery anchoring each programmatic moment.
